The late nights, the impossible targets, the quiet self-doubt when numbers drop, and the louder pressure to “lead by example” when you’re not even sure what that looks like.
I didn’t always have the answers.
I went from rep to regional leader, constantly chasing results, feeling like I should know more by now. But there were no manuals. No roadmaps. Just trial, error, and exhaustion.
And Then Came COACHING
The company invested seven years of executive coaching in me (I am deeply indebted). That coaching changed everything. It gave me structure, clarity, and confidence. But more than that… it gave me me back.
That’s When I Made A Promise To Myself:
No One In Sales Should Have To Take This Long To Figure Things Out
No one should feel like they have to “fake it till they make it” — alone.
So I became what I call a true breed of B2B sales — raised, trained, and moulded through real-world solution selling. From sales to sales. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just decades of doing the work, learning the hard way, and now... guiding others through it, faster.
Who I Am Professionally
I’ve spent over two decades in the trenches — from front-line sales to regional leadership. I was trained in pure B2B solution selling and shaped by real quotas, real clients, and real challenges.
Today, I’m a certified ICF coach, an HRD Corp-accredited trainer, and a John Maxwell Leadership Coach. My strength? Spotting the blind spots most people miss — and guiding sales professionals with both precision and compassion.
